"I placed an Order and it still hasn't arrived?"

Before contacting us about the delivery time for your order, please allow up to 7 Business days in Australia and 20 Business days International. Customers will be contacted via e-mail as soon as possible, if delivery time is going to take longer than expected or if goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via e-mail if you wish to proceed with the order.

"I brought an Item and it doesn't fit?"

We have provided a sizing chart so please use that as best you can. If the Item you purchased does not fit and is unworn and unwashed, we will gladly exchange for another size. Please email us on the email address below so that we can organise a size exchange.

"What is the return policy?"

We will not refund for your change of mind, so please read the item description provided carefully prior to purchase. If you're unhappy with our product quality or for some reason a mistake has been made with your order, which mistakes do happen from time-to-time, we will gladly exchange the item if it is unwashed and unworn within 15 days of the purchase date for another item/size. Ditch Apparel cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. For your piece of mind we recommend that you return your parcel using a service with a tracking number so you can track that the item has been successfully returned to us.

"Can I purchase Ditch Apparel outside of Australia?"

Yes we are now Shipping international.

"How long will it take for me to recieve my order?"

Allow up to 7 Business days in Australia and up to 20 Business days International."

"What forms of payment do you accept?"

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal.
